SoftaMats SoftaMats Ref: SoftaMats
To solve the age old problem of slipping pedals etc for keyboard players we are proud to introduce the new SoftaMats to you!

SoftaMats - made by SoftaPads, the long established manufacturer of drum and cymbal practice pads - keep bass drum pedals, hi-hats, keyboards, guitar FX and other instrument pedals firmly in place on any surface with their revolutionary non-slip, ‘anti-creep’ surfaces.
The unique, hard-wearing material is designed to last, and has been tried and tested by musicians for durability, reliability and strength of grip.
SoftaMats work on all surfaces - wooden floors, laminated floors, vinyl, tiles, carpet, etc., and are particularly useful on stage or in the theatre pit - just place the SoftaMat in position between the pedal and the floor, and away you go.
Status Quo drummer Matt Letley is already a big fan, saying: "I like the idea that it’s a small mat, rather than a large rug, that I can just pick up at the end of the night and throw into my traps case".

A pack of two SoftaMats (they measure 18" x 8") includes a 12-month guarantee all for £14.95.

Fortifier Pro300 Stage/Keyboard Amp System Fortifier Pro300 Stage/Keyboard Amp System Ref: PRO300
The Fortifier PRO300! Powerful enough for medium sized venues yet compact enough to be transported in a car boot and best still, it’s very affordable. The speaker configuration is the same as the smaller RS501 system but now has a very powerful sub-woofer cabinet housing the stereo amplifier and control panel. 2 x satellite speakers cover the mid to high frequency sounds giving a total output of a very loud 300 Watts RMS with an amazing amount of sound projection. This outfit is also very complete with a T-Bar speaker stand, 2 x professional style locking speaker cables, 2 x XLR/jack instrument cables and heavy duty casters fitted to the sub-woofer case - all included in the price. The T-Bar is ideal for use on a stage with limited floor area providing good stereo separation with excellent stability. Should extra separation be required an optional extra tripod speaker stand (or two) are available. We’ve also tried to keep the size and weight to a minimum, by using a very heavy duty 10" speaker in the sub-woofer and 6.5" drivers in the satellites it is manageable for one person. Once the casters are placed on the ground the two satellite speakers nest on top of the sub-woofer, secured by a strap, for trundling to the stage. The main keyboard input has 2 x XLR balanced line sockets (left/right), microphone input is a mono jack socket and the aux input (for CD, MP3 player - or another keyboard) has 2 x phono sockets (left/right). Just in case the Fortifier Pro300 is not powerful enough for a large venue, a stereo mix out is provided for connection to a house system. We feel confident that the Fortifier Pro300 set-up represents the ideal system for the semi-pro and pro keyboard musician and with such a complete package at the extremely competitive price of £599.99 inc VAT, the Fortifier fills a long awaited gap in the market.
